Dessert freak? Snack-addicted? But very environmentally conscious! This dessert cutlery-set in Dulce colours is made of bioplastic. Bioplastic is made from renewable resources, like corn, sugar cane and grain. The sugar from these plants is fermented and distilled which creates lactic acid. By adding Talcum powder to the lactic acid it starts to crystallize. This creates a PLA that is more resistant to heat, namely C-PLA. C-PLA bioplastic products are suitable for daily use, quick microwave heat-up and are dishwasher safe. The products are food grade and without artificial additives like BPA and melamine.
Dessert-Freak? Snack-süchtig? Aber sehr umweltbewusst! Dieses Dessertbesteck-Set in Dulce-Farben ist aus Biokunststoff hergestellt. Biokunststoffe werden aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen wie Mais, Zuckerrohr und Getreide hergestellt. Der Zucker aus diesen Pflanzen wird fermentiert und destilliert, dabei entsteht Milchsäure (Polymilchsäuren). Der Milchsäure wird Talkumpuder zugesetzt, wodurch sie auskristallisiert. Dadurch entsteht ein PLA, das hitzebeständiger ist, nämlich: C-PLA. C-PLA Biokunststoffprodukte sind für den alltäglichen Gebrauch geeignet: z.B. kurzes erhitzen in der Mikrowelle und sie sind spülmaschinenfest. Die Produkte sind lebensmittelecht und ohne künstliche Zusatzstoffe wie BPA und Melamin.
Toetjes-freak? Snack-verslaafd? Maar wel heel milieubewust! Dit desertbestek in Dulce kleuren is gemaakt van bioplastic. Bioplastic is gemaakt van hernieuwbare grondstoffen, zoals maïs, suikerriet en graan. De suiker uit deze planten wordt gefermenteerd en gedestilleerd waarbij melkzuur (lactic acid) ontstaat. Aan het melkzuur wordt talkpoeder toegevoegd waardoor het kristalliseert. Hierdoor ontstaat een PLA dat beter bestand is tegen hitte, namelijk C-PLA. C-PLA bioplastic producten zijn geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik, kort opwarmen in de magnetron en kunnen in de vaatwasser. De producten zijn voedselveilig en zonder kunstmatige toevoegingen zoals BPA en melamine.
